คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Human Resources Manager

Qualification

- Male or Female / Thai Nationality only
- Minimum 5 years of experienced in similar role preferably with 5-star hotels/resorts
- Good personality and strong leadership.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations and practices
- Able to face and resolve conflict, good negotiating skills
- Knowledge of apply VISA and Work Permit or BOI System
- Fluent in English both for spoken and written
- Good interpersonal skills, interacts well with different levels of personal
- Knowledge of Eagle program for Human Resources Department is advantage.
-Self Motivate and positive attitude.
- Organizes and directs all departments training programs, resolves personal problems, hires new quality employee and maintain good working relationship with other department.
- Knowledge of career development program.
