คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
We are looking for a Thai national to work as an Estate Field Agent on behalf of Tropical Capital Co., Ltd.

Your role will be as a representative of Tropical Capital Co., Ltd. to assist the company in facilitating in various aspects of lands’ documentations, inspections and field works.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
ปฏิบัติงานในฐานะตัวแทนของบริษัทฯ ดูแลจัดการงานเอกสารเกี่ยวกับที่ดิน ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ, หน่วยงานภายนอกต่างๆ ตรวจตราและงานรังวัดที่ดิน

Work Location: สถานที่ทำงาน
Bangkok, Phuket, Phang Nga province and Koh Panyee จังหวัดกรุงเทพ, ภูเก็ต, พังงา และเกาะปันหยี

Position: ตำแหน่งงาน
Estate Field Agent (Management & Administration) เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลที่ดินภาคสนาม (งานบริหารและธรุการ)

Employment type: ประเภทการจ้างงาน
Contract basis (per task) งานสัญญาจ้าง (ตามภารกิจ)

Salary: รายได้
3,000-4,000THB per Day (negotiable dependent on experience)
3,000-4,000 บาทต่อวัน (สามารถต่อรองได้ ตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน)

Allowance: เบี้ยเลี้ยง
Transportation, Duty Meal, Accommodation ค่าเดินทาง, ค่าอาหาร, ค่าที่พักอาศัย (กรณีพักค้างคืน)

Qualification: คุณสมบัติ
- Be a Thai national, Male or Female
- Traveling flexibility and able to work in various project’s area
- Have driving license.
- Should be fit and in good health (role requires some amount of active field work).
- Hard working, Reliable, Trustworthy and Honest.
- Be well organized and have attention to detail.
- Understand Thailand Southern Dialect
เพศหญิง/ชาย สัญชาติไทย เข้าใจในภาษาท้องถิ่นทางภาคใต้ของไทย มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง สะดวกในการไปปฏิบัติงานตามสถานที่ต่างๆ และสามารถไปทำงานและค้างคืนต่างจังหวัดได้
สามารถทำงานในสภาวะกดดันได้ดี มีไหวพริบ ซื่อสัตย์ อดทน มีระเบียบ ไว้ใจได้

Job description: รายละเอียดของงาน
- Be able to communicate effectively with government agencies.
- Be a good negotiator and have excellent communication skills.
- Have a proven track record of experience in working or dealing with external agencies in the same or similar role/capacity.
- Good knowledge of lands documentation process.
- Dealing with NOR SOR 3 KOR, Title Deeds, process on requesting and conducting land surveys.
- Able to use gadgets, VDO, cameras and keep records of the inspections & surveys’ detail.
- English is an advantage but not essential.

มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับหน่วยงาน, ตัวแทน หรือบริษัทฯ ในตำแหน่งและหน้าที่คล้ายคลึง/ใกล้เคียงกัน
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำธุรกรรมและเอกสารที่ดิน นส 3 ก, โฉนดที่ดิน, ตรวจตราและงานรังวัดที่ดิน
สามารถใช้อุปกรณ์ วีดีโอ กล้องถ่ายภาพ และเก็บข้อมูล รายละเอียดของงานตรวจตราและรังวัดที่ดิน
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้และเข้าใจได้
