คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Roles & responsibilities:

• To ensure the Wellness Center at Absolute Sanctuary offers the best detox /wellness programs and complementary therapies.
• To ensure our guests receive the highest-quality treatment & service and receive the most benefits from our programs.
• Provide thorough initial assessments for guests on all our wellness program especially detox.
• Provide support to guests during their programs
• Periodically review guest’s progress during their stay
• Provide nutritional advice to guests should the need arise
• Communicate with guests prior to and after arrival
• Provide exit consultation and give advice to guest on how to continue living healthily when they go home
• Conduct workshops/talks for guest on relevant health/wellness topics
• To continually develop & improve current offering of detox & wellness programs
• Review and advise on our Detox Programs & protocols
• Develop procedures and standards regarding all aspects of our Detox Programs
• Train nurses on colon hydrotherapy, cleansing and detox processes
• Assist in upselling wellness treatments and therapies that will benefit guests during their stay

Term/Starting: 1-2 year contract / Start Jan 2015
Remuneration package & Benefits

Salary -THB 75,000 – THB 85,000 per month
Bt 10,000 housing allowance
Bt 10,000 moving allowance
Working visa
One-way airfare to commence employment
Profit split of 70% for any alternative/complimentary therapies conducted
6 days off a month
BUPA health insurance upon passing probation
2 staff meals /working day at Staff canteen
Bt 10,000 spending at The Love Kitchen

Qualifications:

1) Degree in Naturopathy/Homeopathy or other related certification( colon hydrotherapy) preferred
2) Must have minimum of 5 years related experience in a wellness environment
3) Certifications/trainings in alternative /complimentary therapies ( reiki, cranio sacral, ) preferred
4) Must be a team player with strong interpersonal, management, problem-solving, skills, professionalism required
5) Excellent customer service skills
6) Deep passion for detox & understanding of the process
