The Residences have been individually and uniquely created by world famous designers and Iniala boasts Thailand’s first Michelin 3-star Chef, and a level of service that is unparalleled. We are looking for outstanding talent to join our team, to work towards creating something not-yet achieved in the extreme-luxury sector.

COMMIS CHEF


MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
• Daily organization and preparation of station
• Execution of cooking during service
• Safe sanitation practices
• Knowledge and respect of equipment
• Check Inventory of kitchen
• Exhibit proper techniques and skills
• Follow recipes to ensure consistency
• Plating of dishes
• Working as a team


Qualification:
● Male or Female / Thai nationality
● Excellent English skills
● Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen or culinary school education
● Excellent service etiquette, motivated, and takes pride in their work
● Willing to re-locate to Phang-nga
