Aziamendi is a gourmet restaurant situated within the grounds of Iniala Beach House offering its guests an opportunity to sample the degustation menu created by Eneko Atxa, the famous 3-Michelin Star Chef from Bilbao, Spain.
We are looking for outstanding talent to join our team, to work towards creating something not-yet achieved in the extreme-luxury sector.

VACANT POSITIONS:
Chef de Partie (2)
Commis Chef (1)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
• Daily organization of station
• Receiving of products
• Ordering of products with Chef
• Preparation of mise en place
• Execution of cooking during service
• Delegation of responsibilities to commis chefs with quality control
• Safe sanitation practices
• Knowledge and respect of equipment
• Inventory of kitchen
• Exhibit proper techniques and skills
• Follow recipes to ensure consistency
• Plating of dishes
• Working as a team


Qualification:
● Male or Female / Thai nationality
● Excellent English skills
● Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen or culinary school education
● Excellent service etiquette, motivated, and takes pride in their work
● Willing to re-locate to Phang-nga
