คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To supervise the pre-set up duty or function.
2. To check for daily operation according to the love kitchen restaurant standards. Provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.
3. To assist subordinates during busy periods.
4. To collect stock and supplies. To conduct daily stock inventories.
5. To study, evaluate operations and procedure and suggest improvements to the Manager.
6. To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
7. To ensure that all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition. To monitor that staff is using equipment with care.
8. To check work performance of subordinates and their grooming standards.
9. To be responsible for proper handling and taking over of stations at the end of each shift.
10. To possess a thorough knowledge of menus and the beverage list.
11. To present the menu and make recommendations in order to increase food and beverage sales.
12. To taking food and beverage orders from our guest.
13. To ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and accurately.
14. To ensure proper cashiering procedures are adhered to.

Position requirement:

- Diploma or higher
- Male or Female Thai
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
- Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Well-organized and calming demeanor.
- Good customer service skills and service-mind.

Personal requirement:

: Enthusiasm, good team player.
: Ability to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holiday.
: Have sense of awareness towards clients.
