คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Responsibilities:
• Taking care of 12 newly built luxurious Villas located in Rawai for daily, weekly and monthly rentals.
• Being the Head of a Team of about 10 staff.
• Liaising with prospective clients and arranging bookings.
• Welcoming and taking care of our guests with high service standards at heart.
• Managing the House keeping Team to insure optimum level of cleanliness.
• Managing the maintenance of the property (regular maintenance schedule like pool cleaning or gardening as well as emergency repairs). Making sure contractors and other repairmen are completing their work properly and in a timely manner.
• Handling Move Outs-when a tenant moves out, inspecting the unit, checking for damages and determining if a portion of the security deposit will have to be kept.
• Maintaining Records including all income and expenses; list of all inspections, maintenance requests, any complaints, records of repairs, costs of repairs and maintenance.
• Setting up a program of additional services to offer to our guests (Food – Transportation – Tour booking…).

Qualifications:-
• Male or Female, Thai or Expat, 30-50 years old
• Minimum 5 years experienced in management of villas rental, apartment,hotel or other real estate
• Excellent command of English, speaking, writing and reading
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good presentation and a pleasant manner
• Strong service mind and Mature
• Able to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of the local area
• Computer skills including the use of the Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
