Office Location: Rawai, Phuket
Position summary: The head of gardener keeps the landscape of the property in a presentable condition for all the gardens and grounds at the 12 villas including 2 Rais of veggies, fruits and a hen house.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain gardens by naturally fertilizing, trimming and making sure that plant are receiving adequate waste.
• Manage daily upkeep, planning, planting, maintenance & harvest of vegetable, fruits at garden sites.
• Use of natural methods for plant protection and pest control, avoiding application of chemicals and pesticides.
• Ensure feeds, waters, and cares for poultry as well as keeps and checks records on mortality and other information on poultry; prepares poultry for operations or inoculations and sterilizes.
• Ensure over health and safety within the Grounds and Gardens for both the Garden staff and visitors.
• Ensuring that all tools, and garden equipment are correctly maintained and serviced and that they are kept in good and safe working order.
• Supervising the work of day laborers involved in any projects.
• Giving advice and guidance to property owners on all matters relating to gardening and farming.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of practical farm operations.
• Knowledge of organic gardening methods and techniques.
• Experience of identifying pests and diseases.
• Fit and capable of heavy work.
• High school or equivalent diploma, Good communication skill with other staff and colleagues.
