Booking Consultant (Resort Marketing)

Laguna Holiday Club, Thailand’s leading vacation ownership company, is seeking motivated individuals seeking a challenging and exciting varied career in the tourism industry. Ideal candidates will have telesales experience and will call potential resort guests to book their reservation at our resort.

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Calling leads to explain and recommend resort offers
*Qualifying leads and making resort bookings
*Prepare and maintain reports on call activity

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
*Excellent telephone manner, strong verbal and written communication skills
*Customer focused approach
*Degree or equivalent qualification
